Mindful Coaching

Hi! I’m Fran Rivera, I’m from Chile. I graduated in Business Administration in 2020. During the pandemic, I became certified as a Hatha Yoga instructor, I decided to travel, and despite everything, I managed to do it while learning to surf. I ran a surf camp, and made friends from all over the world. Did I feel uncomfortable, lost, afraid, and in pain? Yes, often. Did I miss my family and friends? Yes, so much. I began to feel more and more like myself, lighter, without labels or anything to hold on to. I felt free and empty at the same time; I felt inspired and uncertain at the same time. I realized that all of this can coexist. I love movement in all its forms: travel, sports, dance, and also in its subtle forms like breathing and meditation.
Mindful Coaching is a safe space to observe and take action towards your goals. Moving, keep accountability, creating new habits, notice your inner dialogue. With mindfulness practices, meditations and moving from a place of love and compassion towards oneself and others.
I studied Business Administration. I did my Yoga Teacher Training and I am a Mindful Coach and Meditation guide.

Personalized 1-on-1 coaching
Once a week we meet for an hour, using writing and mindfulness as tools and/or any creative way is comfortable for you. Choosing a committed action to work weekly.

Guided meditations
Meditation is for everyone, is where we practice presence and we can witness who are we being with curiosity and openness. As we start we can incorporate to our daily life and rutine. 1 minute is better than non, so i invite you to try it. There’s no right or wrong way to it. I’ve been creating this meditations from what my coachees and close ones have been asking, and also what inspires me. There’s audios in English and Spanish. I hope you enjoy them :)

How are the Coaching sessions conducted?
Our coaching sessions are online via google meet or zoom, making it easy for people to connect no matter where they are. They are 1 hour long.
How many sessions does a Coaching process have?
Usually we do 4 sessions. If you want or need more sessions, the process can be extended. It’s worth mentioning that the first meeting, to clarify any questions, is completely free.
What is Mindful Coaching?
Mindful Coaching is a tailored process that helps individuals identify limiting beliefs, in a safe, compassionate and loving space, judgment free, where you find your own answers.
What commitment is required?
A commitment to Mindful Coaching requires regular attendance to sessions, openness to self-reflection and change, and a willingness to actively apply learned strategies in daily life for confidence and encouragement.
What results can I expect from the Mindful Coaching?
From Mindful Coaching, you can expect inner reflection, clarity, openness and compassion towards your limiting beliefs and blocks, and a proactive approach to challenges taking committed actions. This often leads to boost your confidence, greater life satisfaction, and progress in accomplishing your goals.
How much does the Coaching cost?
Each session is $40 USD.
4 sessions are $130 USD ( $32,5 USD per session)
How do I start with the Mindful Coaching process?
To start with the Mindful Coaching process, simply reach out to clicking “work with me” on the top right side of the website. We’ll schedule an initial meeting to introduce each other, answer any questions, and explain the coaching process tailored to your needs.
How a session would look like?
To get into the space, we usually start with a 5 to 7 minutes meditation. Start sharing and talking how you are feeling in that moment and what would you like to work on. Then I’ll share an excersice based on your what you want to work on that day. This dynamics can be through writing, painting water colors, or any type of art or way you feel comfortable and connected doing. Throughout sessions you will receive consistent reflection that will help to notice and observe the progress and track your growth journey.
